Luxury hotel operator Taj Group will open Taj Dubai in the same neighbourhood as the world’s tallest building by mid-November, says Girish Sehgal, a Taj Group representative.
The 296-room hotel will include Taj Club rooms, 20 junior and 14 luxury suites. Two lavish themed suites – The Tata Suite and The Maharaja Suite – will occupy the top floors, comprising their own private dining, living areas and panoramic views overlooking the Downtown area.
Taj Dubai’s dining options will range from Indian to Peruvian fare, with each outlet also offering lunches, afternoon tea, cocktails and sheesha in the evenings, in addition to a la carte dinners.
The hotel claims to blend contemporary elegance with traditional Indian style as the brand vows to expand and add more hotels in the region.
